General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions apply to sales of services provided by Isabel Ojea Sevilla of ISALINGUA as “Brand Name”, NIF being 48017557C, (“We” or “Us” or “Seller”) through our online platform isalingua.com (“Site”) provide you with information about us and the terms of the agreement between you (“User”) and us as Seller, concerning the sale and purchase of our services.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing the services and print off a copy for your record. Please note that by purchasing any services from us you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale set out below.

By the completion of the online purchase process, you will receive an email to confirm the purchase. Please, keep a copy of that email.

AGE

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

PRICES, TAXES AND INVOICES

All prices published at Site are in Euros (€). All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed, except prices for an order that have already been accepted by the Seller.

Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs, we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel the purchase contacting the User by email.

In accordance with the existing tax legislation in Spain, the teaching of French and Spanish is exempt from VAT. Therefore, no VAT is added to the price.

In addition to the email confirmation, the User can request an invoice at info@isalingua.com.

PAYMENT AND FEES

All payments must be made by the User at least 24 hours before the class. When services are purchased from the Site which includes a bunch of classes (“Pack”), payment for the entire amount of the Pack must be fully made by the User at least 24 hours before taking the first class of the Pack.

The Seller shall not be responsible for any additional fees, such as transaction fees, banking fees, or other fees, charged by the payment providers.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can avail of our services by enrolling with our website by submitting the enrolling form available on the website. While providing your details you must be careful and warrant that the details provided are true and accurate.

Payment mode shall be:

  • Stripe, a secure payment method to pay by credit card or debit card; or
  • PayPal; or
  • Wire transfer (for payments from the EuroZone only).

We may refuse or not process your order if your card or PayPal account does not give authorization for the payment of purchase price.

VALIDITY OF PACKS

All Packs will be valid for 6 months after the date of purchase. The Seller reserves the right of extending the validity of a pack upon agreement in writing via e-mail with the User .

TRIAL CLASS

The Seller offers a free trial class of 30 minutes through 3rd party software. The User shall be required to fill the contact form along with the necessary details. The Seller will get back to the User as soon as possible to arrange a convenient date and time for the trial class.

BOOKING

The User can book a class at least 24 hours in advance through the Seller’s online calendar. In response to the service request (for booking date, time, etc.) made by the User, once the booking is made, the User will receive an automatic confirmation of the booking via email.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION OF CLASS

The User can reschedule a class at least 24 hours before the class free from extra charge for resecheduling.

If the User cancels a class in less than 24 hours or does not attend, the lesson will be considered as completed, and no refund shall be applicable.

If the User wishes to cancel any class with the Seller then:

  • If the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the class, the Seller will suggest rescheduling the class or refund 100% booking amount (the Seller shall not be responsible for additional fees incurred by the refund).
  • If the cancellation request is submitted less than 24 hours before the class, no refund shall be applicable for the booking amount.

For cancellation, you can contact us at our email at info@isalingua.com. Upon cancellation, the refund is applicable only at our sole discretion.

RUNNING LATE FOR THE CLASS

The Seller will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled timing for the class, and if by that time the User does not shown up, the class will be declared as cancelled and will be considered as completed (no refund shall be applicable).

However, if the User is running late for a reasonable reason, he/she should let the Seller know via email at info@isalingua.com. The Seller will wait for the User even if he/she is running more than 15 minutes late. However, the class will finish at the scheduled time as the Seller needs to be punctual for the next class.

TERMINATION OF PACKS

Termination of Packs are allowed subject to e-mail confirmation from the Seller.

A partial refund will be made in case of termination of Packs. The Seller shall not be responsible for additional fees incurred by the refund. It is upon the Seller to consider the payment and the amount of the refund.

REFUND POLICY

All refunds will be issued as per our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please contact us via email, we will respond within 5 (five) business days.

Our refund policies are simple. You can claim a refund by:

REFUND PAYMENT METHODS

The Seller will refund your order to the original payment method, once it has been processed. The complete refund process normally takes about 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.

MODIFICATION OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The Seller reserves the right of any changes in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any changes will be updated on the Site.

DATA PROTECTION

We will process the information we receive from you or otherwise hold about you in accordance with the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights or any other Spanish legislation.

THIRD PARTY

The agreement between you and us is not intended to be for the benefit of any third party and shall not be exercised by any other person.

JURISDICTION

The general terms and conditions of sale and any other matter arising out of or in relation are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Spain. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these general terms and conditions of sale.
